Precautions for maintenance and repair of hydraulic press


1. Hydraulic oil is the energy transmission medium during the operation of hydraulic stations. The quality, cleanliness, and viscosity of hydraulic oil play a dominant role in the lifespan of hydraulic pumps, valves, and cylinders. Therefore, when using hydraulic stations, high attention should be paid to the quality of hydraulic oil and the cleanliness of hydraulic oil should be maintained. The oil used in the hydraulic system must undergo strict filtration, and an oil filter should be installed in the hydraulic system.
2. The liquid level of the fuel tank should be kept at a sufficient height frequently to ensure sufficient circulating cooling conditions for the oil in the system, and attention should be paid to keeping the fuel tank, oil pipes, and other equipment clean to facilitate heat dissipation. The general oil temperature between 30 ℃ and 55 ℃ is the most suitable safe temperature for use, with the highest performance and longest lifespan.
3. The slider should be lubricated regularly, and the exposed surface of the column should be kept clean. Before each operation, oil should be sprayed first. To prevent dust and water from falling into the oil, the surrounding area of the oil tank should be kept clean and regularly maintained.
4. The working oil should be replaced once a year, and the first replacement time should not exceed three months; To ensure the reliable operation of the press, it is recommended that users replace certain components of the press after reaching their service life.
5. It is recommended to calibrate and check the pressure gauge every six months;
6. If the machine is stopped for a long time, the surface of each additional part should be wiped clean and coated with anti rust oil.
7. The working pressure of the system is adjusted by a pressure regulating valve to adjust the output pressure of the hydraulic pump. In general, the set pressure should not exceed its original designed rated pressure, otherwise it may cause damage to the hydraulic pump, jamming of the hydraulic valve, or burning of the motor, and so on. Under a nominal pressure of 500T, the maximum allowable eccentricity of the concentrated load is 40mm. Excessive eccentricity can easily cause damage to the column or other adverse phenomena.
