Maintenance methods for hydraulic press

1、 Pre use maintenance
(1) Check whether the oil pool, oil level, and oil gauge meet the specified standards. If they do not meet the standards, they should be replenished in a timely manner.
(2) Check if the buttons are flexible and free from jamming.
(3) Check if the motor grounding wire is loose, detached, or damaged. If there is looseness, it should be tightened, and if it falls off or is damaged, the maintenance personnel should be notified for handling.
(4) Check if the safety protection device is complete and reliable.
(5) Check if each handle is flexible.
(6) Tighten the loose nuts in all parts.
2、 Maintenance during use:
(1) Start the hydraulic pump of the gantry hydraulic press, check if the hydraulic pump is functioning properly, and check if all sealing parts and pipelines are blocked or leaking.
(2) Check if the limit switch is functioning properly and if the positioning of the collision block is normal.
(3) Always pay attention to the temperature rise of each operating component and whether the sound system is normal.
3、 Post use maintenance:
(1) Inspect and clean all moving parts.
(2) Place each control handle (switch) in neutral (zero position).
(3) Inspect, clean, and organize the working face and area.
